Furthermore, while the box itself is sturdy and well-made, the lid seems to have been a last-minute addition. While the three remaining walls (long sides and bottom) on the main box are sturdy, they are only double-walled. As a first point, I wonder if they should be able to call it a "triple wall construction" when only 2 sides are constructed that way (the front and rear panels with the holes for handles).
